General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
Welcome to G&L Apartments
These General Terms and Conditions govern all direct bookings via www.gulverwaltung.de as well as all accommodation contracts concluded with G&L Verwaltungs GmbH.
By completing a booking, you acknowledge these terms and conditions.
1. Contracting parties

2. Booking and conclusion of contract
By making your booking, you are submitting a binding offer to conclude an accommodation contract.
The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the booking by G&L Verwaltungs GmbH.
The person making the booking confirms that they are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into legally binding contracts.
3rd Prizes
All prices listed on our website include legally required taxes and duties, unless otherwise stated.
Any additional costs (e.g. final cleaning or local tourist taxes) will be clearly displayed before the booking is completed.
4. Payment terms
The following payment terms apply to direct bookings:
- 30% of the total amount is due immediately upon booking.
- The remaining 70% is due no later than 10 days before arrival.
- If the booking is made within 10 days of arrival, the entire booking amount is due immediately.
The available payment methods will be displayed during the booking process.
If the remaining payment is not received on time despite a payment reminder, G&L Verwaltungs GmbH reserves the right to cancel the booking in accordance with legal regulations.
5. Arrival and Departure
Our guests will receive information regarding check-in and check-out well in advance of their arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out is only possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
6. Occupancy
The accommodation may only be used by the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation.
Additional guests require the prior approval of G&L Verwaltungs GmbH.
7. Bed linen and towels
For each registered guest, we provide a linen package consisting of:
- bed linen
- a bath towel
- a towel
Available free of charge.
We will gladly provide additional bed linen or towels upon request.
We charge a service fee of €75.00 for each additional laundry package.
Taking additional bed linen or towels from cupboards, storage rooms or other storage areas on your own is not permitted.
In case of unauthorized removal, we reserve the right to invoice the corresponding costs retroactively.
8. House Rules
Our house rules are part of the accommodation contract.
All guests agree to
- to treat the accommodation with care,
- to be considerate of neighbors,
- to observe the rest periods
- Disposing of waste properly,
- and to observe the safety and usage instructions.
9. Smoking ban
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, smoking is strictly prohibited in all apartments.
In case of violations, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning or compensation costs.
10. Parties and events
Parties, celebrations and commercial events are not permitted without prior written consent.
In case of violations, the stay may be terminated without entitlement to a refund.
11. Damages
The guest is liable for all damages caused during their stay.
Any damage or defects discovered must be reported immediately.
Any resulting repair or replacement costs can be billed to the responsible party.
12. Liability
The liability of G&L Verwaltungs GmbH is governed by the statutory provisions.
Liability for valuables brought onto the premises is limited to the legally prescribed extent.
13. Force Majeure
If the stay cannot be carried out due to events of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters or official orders), the statutory provisions apply.
14. Data protection
Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

15. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
